I am in Colorado, trying to get stuff done, but feeling very unmotivated and unfocused.  Today's goals:

beta fic
bead
do a little writing
hang with friends

I guess you don't ski? Where are they skiing? Comments seem to be disabled on your DW. Hope you're having some fun. Are you in Denver?

I don't ski. No. I hate being cold. I hate being at altitude. I like to whine though:)

Damn. I don't know what the deal is with DW. Looks fine to me. I'll see if anyone else seems to have problems.

Yep. I'm in Denver until Wed when I go up to the mountains. They ski at Cooper, near Frisco.

Okay, I think I was hallucinating or very fuzzy headed from being sick. I was looking for a comment icon. There isn't one, but it says RIGHT THERE.. "REPLY". God. I shouldn't have said anything.

I've spent a lot of time in Colorado, but I'm not familiar with Cooper or Frisco. Is it near the rest of the ski areas, west of Denver? or is it south?

I used to love skiing but L doesn't ski and has no interest. I took my kids once and son hated it, daughter liked it, so maybe I'll try again with her.

Daughter got altitude sickness last summer. I just get headaches.

Ok. I'm not glad you are still feeling unwell, but shew on the comment thing being on OK on DW. I couldn't figure it out.

dh does not ski and is not interested either. It works out ok. I'm not overly enthusiastic about it at this point either.

Uh oh. Where did she get altitude sick? In Yellowstone? I get the headaches. If I spend a few days in Denver and then go up, I seem to do ok.
