Er, not sure if it's inspiration, really, but definitely busy. I also plan to talk to the merlinreference comm soon. Like hopefully today, although I have a shit ton of errands to do and violin lessons (kids take them, I don't teach:)).
Sometimes it's just so damn frustrating that there isn't a stronger german fandom out there. Most of the german fans fit seamlessly into the english comms and that's fine but what with people like me who have a harder time to adapt to the english language for their fanfics? Although I'm never as satisfied with my english attempts as with the original german versions, ff is an area I actually can try to do something about it. But podficcing in english is an absolute no go (believe me, I tried, and sounded awful!).
Anyway... I'm sure you will have tons of fun with the podtogehter fest and your bingo card;) I tried my hands on recording "Dragonlord" and "Abschied" to familiarize myself with the software and it was really cool.

I think the interesting thing about kinks is that there are so many and it's hard to say really which are "common".

The idea of 50 Shades as a "gateway" is lovely, actually, though I'd hope for a better introduction than that! My sister-in-law was certainly...fascinated by it, but I felt too awkward to assure her that there was waaayy better porn out there. As I told a friend, calling the book "mom porn" is really an insult to moms...and porn! Oh well.

OMG. I am so with you on the term "mommy porn". I hate that. Like we need/read different porn from everyone else? Hmmm, ponders. Maybe we should be proud of mommy porn? I'm guessing that most moms who read porn are reading the better stuff. LOL.
