OMG.  I think my remix might be done. I might have broken my brain some rules:) Needs one last looksee, but OMG, it's almost there.

What should I write next?  Go back to Computer Wiz 'verse?  Something else completely new?  I'm ready to be full of squee and done tearing my hair out!

Remix is where you take someone else's story and sort of redo it. Think of a lot of fanfic in that light. We take the story and tweak it.

I haven't done that. I have this idea for a story with a man with a lightning scar (did you see the 200ish word piece I did in March for beeej's birthday?), but the scar is on his arm, not his forehead. And he's a man. Named Merlin:D

I've stuck strictly to Merlin (except two drabbles which were in different fandoms).

It still needs a little polish, but not major reworking like it did before. Such a relief!

I am thinking about going back to Computer Wizard fic. That is a nice fluffy place, although the next installment isn't all marshmallows and whipped cream. Dang.

Oh you are soooo cute. I am not up for that storyline just yet, but I am expanding on lightning tattoo Merlin/Arthur. Remember that one? I'm thinking of making into a modern AU. How do you feel about that? Stick with canon or bring them into the future?

In 99% of all cases, I choose modern AU over canon fic. :) I'm not sure why, really. I loved AUs in SGA, too. And some in SV. But oddly enough, AUs don't really exist in HL fandom. HL is just weirdly different than other fandoms.

Oh really? I wonder why you like the modern AUs so much. And that is funny that AUs don't seem to exist in HL.

I think Merlin is great that it's so easy to write modern AUs if you want.

Ok, I'm going to see if I can fix it into a modern AU. If crampy brain will allow it... Otherwise, it will have to be fixed later. I will not bore you with thoughts about how I was going to start it and etc. Stopping here. Clearly I need more adult contact. Or less contact with children:)
