I had three and half hours to myself this morning during which I:
- caught up on two episodes of Lipstick Jungle via hulu.com and folded one load of laundry
- hit two grocery stores
- unloaded the dishwasher
- ate lunch in peace
- made an appointment for myself for next week

Every week when you mention Challah, I want some. And I feel a pang that I haven't made bread in about a month.
Which reminds me - have you ever frozen or refrigerated bread dough? At Two's party (1/18) I plan to let the kids top mini-pizzas, themselves. Can I make the dough in advance and freeze or refrigerate it until party day?

I don't make challah every week. I really only do it once a month. Occasionally I will make it one other time during the month.

So - do I just do the one rise in the fridge, overnight? Or is there a second rise I should do, too?
