I just finished reading The Sharing Knife: Legacy by Lois McMaster Bujold. I gave the book 4 stars. I thought it was good, although because it was a Bujold, I was expecting more. And the ending was not at all satisfying. I would have

I recently read The Crow Road by Ian Banks--which was excellent--and Pushing Ice by Alastair Reynolds, which was a fine yarn, but quite different from what I've come to expect from him, more straightforward space adventure. At the moment I'm working on Carole Nelson Douglas' Goodnight, Mr. Holmes.
