Studying Isaiah

I've been confused about some of the prophecies in Isaiah - ones that concern the nations coming to Jerusalem and other passages like this. What are they talking about? And what time do they refer to? If they are to happen in the future, is that in the present future or during the reign of Messiah on the earth? I want to have a clearer
