We've struck interest!

It's funny. When a conversation takes a turn onto an interest of mine, it's like something instantly clicks into gear. All of a sudden, one great thing after another comes to mind and I feel enthusiastically compelled to share each of them in turn in-the-stream-of-consciousness that leaves no space for interruption! The volume suddenly gets cranked up and each new idea bursts like fireworks in the sky of my mind. It's fun, it's exciting, it's ... [fill in the blank with my current interest]!
