Here. Perhaps not the whole picture, but an interesting piece nevertheless.

In line with the rest of your post, a different way of letting go is, of course, leaving the decision in the hands of God. Or perhaps one might say that God can speak much more strongly through our unconscious?

And this sort of goes along with the second half of your comment -
I was thinking the other day, "I wish I had signs to rely on for an answer (maybe like the ones in Numbers 27:21, 1 Samuel 28:6)!" But as soon as I thought about that, I was reminded of Abraham and of David. Abraham did not have a priest to go ask - yet he walked with God. David inquired of God many times and God spoke to him very clearly.

Of course this takes a leap of faith, which is not easy! Remember, Indiana, "only in a leap from the lion's head will he prove his worth!"
