Does anyone else watch Dr. Oz on Fox? Ron and I love his show. I'm really into both his and Dr. Roizen's books and website. Yeah I'm still fat, but I believe that they do help so many people get healthier. I keep trying. Dr. Oz has some really good information on his site, as well as challenges and videos. http://doctoroz.com
Right now I'm frustrated. Gastritis, again, so - grrr - I'm back on the Nexium. I've been eating nothing but pureed fruits and veggies like spinach and asparagus for three days now, after a day of clear liquids like jello and broth. And I actually gained a pound yesterday, somehow. This is not fair!
