I did German, Italian, French, Swedish, Spanish, Norweigan(only for a year though, I'm pretty crapola at it!) and Dutch :)

I'm a language geek too! You are so lucky to have that chance to travel. You really have no idea....I'd love to see Europe, and maybe, make new friends while there, maybe even meet you in England while I'm at it. LOL. Who knew two gals with CP would have this in common?

hehe, i've always wanted to come to the us, too! i have friends who used to live in texas, and i'm insanely jealous! :p

i'm hoping that i'll be allowed to go - depending what course i take, i'll be off in three or four years' time (either second or third year of uni), so there's plenty of time for my mother to get her head around the idea!

i know... i will keep you posted! i'll know at least by the end of the year if i actually get to go, but i'll probably still post about it here... it's so scary, but i'm also incredibly excited. it'll be an amazing opportunity. :]

Seems like an awesome pick to me! Japanese seems specially complex, which is why I really admire people who study and can actually handle the language. Cool stuff.
