We had a Workshop of self-reflection for a whole day this week, as part of our Counselling Level 5 Course. We then had to read it out to the group and the tutor, this prompted a lot of tears in some cases but generally showed that we have all come a long way and everyone has their own adversity to overcome. It's just that we are all at different

I love this and really enjoyed reading it! I've written similar notes to myself a few times throughout my life, and it is always fun and cathartic and nostalgic. Glad you had a good time with the assignment! :)

Mine are actually the opposite of yours; I wrote letters to my future self and then set a date to read them years later. The first one I wrote was when I graduated middle school to read when I graduated high school. I don't think I posted that one here, but I also wrote one when I graduated high school to read when I graduated college, and that one is here.

And then while I was in college, I wrote one through a website and picked a random delivery date, and that one is here.
