Was wondering how you made out with that water main issue.This year,I had to take out a home improvement loan to get my 30+ year old disintigrating roof replaced.I did the refinance thing on my morgage about 3 years ago.Saved a lot too in payments.

Ment to say last year in 2012 I had the roof done.
