We bought a Bichon-poo last summer. What we've heard and observed is that the drainage from the eyes are caused by allergies, and that most likely from the food they're given. We switched to something that was supposed to prevent the allergy problems, and no more weepy eyes!

QBit's eyes were stained more when he was young, and we did notice that when we were feeding him Royal Canin that his eyes were tearing less. Right now they're getting the frozen raw diet from Nature's Variety, which the breeder recommended. We may go back to Royal Canin to see if Aero responds like QBit did.
