I'm sure there are great reasons for your new contrapositivediary domain, but for simply reading the diary I will stay with the livejournal version for the Comments feature.

Not a problem. The reason for the change was that editing the old site by hand took too much time and work. The domain was almost incidental; it was something I'd been thinking about for literally years, since 2002 or so when Coriolis caved in and I had some time on my hands.

As for why I simply didn't drop the old site completely and make Contra exclusively an LJ thing is that I wanted to retain a certain amount of control. LJ could go away tomorrow, and although I have all my entries backed up, I would have to create my own site somehow to recover. So why not simply have the same site in two places? I post to both with a single click, through Raven. So far, it's working ace and I'm a happy guy.
