let me clarify on the part of charity bazaar or fair..
we would love to do this but we aren't able to unless we obtain a permit and that we have to go through alot of channels and it will take abt 2 months or so to get one.
and the reason i want to do the proposed event is to play safe as we are trying to keep it as private as possible while making it public.
