Hi.. Thanks for all the help and info... But where exactly in Harajuku is the shop located? As this is my first ever trip to Tokyo, i hope i don't get lost trying to find the shop...
And can you down how "arena" "1st floor standing" in japanese? That could help me alot in search for the tickets..
Take the Yamanote line to Harajuku Station. There should be a bridge in front of the station, cross it and go down Takeshita Doori. If my memory serves me right (and Harajuku hasn't changed drastically), you should see Lotteria (something like Macdonald's). Google "Takeshita Doori", it shouldn't be too hard to find. Just walk straight down, pass many crepe stalls and basement shops with JE boys pictures plastered all over. The shop selling the tickets is impossible to miss. I went there without any directions given to me and I am not exactly good with directions. I have a photo of how the shop looks like inside that I can send to you. I will do that when I reach home since it's not in my computer now. I will send you the key words (haha, oh mind of a JE fangirl) you may want to take note when I am home as well. (Stupid computer I am on now with no Japanese language function

You might want to try using some of the deputy auction services to buy tickets from Yahoo Auctions. I've done that a few times and no trouble so far. If you need more help you can PM me. :)
I recently went to the SMAP concert in Nagoya. I didn't have tickets too, so I just stood outside the Dome and held a sign that said "チケットをゆずってください!” (which means, please sell me a ticket). I had many people approaching me, and I only paid 8,000yen (original price of the ticket) for a perfect view of Kimura Takuya standing right in front of me.
It was a beautiful experience and I wish you all the best in getting tickets to the concert! It's AMAZING!! Good luck!
wow!! thats amazing for you... you surely is a lucky fan...i will try my best to get the tickets... bit can you help me on how to write the sign? i need 2 tickets, so how do i write it in japanese? thanks alot...

From what I gather in your post, here's what you might want to include in your sign (i've included translations for your reference):
今日のチケットを2枚ゆずってください! (Please sell me 2 tickets for today - you can put in the date instead of 今日 if you want to request for tickets for other days as well..) 二つの席が隣り合っていなくても、大丈夫です。別々でもOKですよ! (It's okay if you don't have seats together, separated ones are OK too!)
