Yes. I enjoyed it very much. The top moment for me was when The Doctor confronted River. He advanced on her with such a determined, strong, almost evil look in his eyes as he asked "Who are you?" THAT is the point where Matt Smith became my Doctor.
Tom Baker could do that too; be all irrelevant and silly and then turn on a dime and project such menace that you became truly afraid. And we see why all these people are afraid of him.
I shall admit to picking the River surprise some time ago, however the Flesh-Melody I picked only moments before it was revealed. I tip my hat to the writers for not only fooling us once, but twice.
We guessed at it some time ago too, as it was one of the natural combinations...mysterious pregnancy/baby, mysterious timelord girl and woman of unknown origins who is travelling in opposite direction to them in timeline. It seemed a distinct possibility. But we didn't see any direct clues, so shelved it as a guess only.
But as soon as she named her baby Melody Pond, that was the clue that cemented it.
