No snow

Trip to Mammoth is cancelled this weekend, at least for us. It's too bad because I was really looking forward to it and it appears I might have to wait several weeks before I have an opportunity to go up there again. I'm disappointed, irratated and upset about it because I have a 2006 Pass that's being wasted atm and the snow is great out there.

Aw. Sorry to hear. :( I know you guys were really looking forward to it.
It's funny cuz just today, I heard on the radio a commercial for Mammoth that said the conditions were great this year.

I agree with you about LA. It's too spread out that it's difficult to make friends or even keep in touch or hang out with friends sometimes. :(

Hope the snow conditions get better.

No worries! There's always snow up 'til May. You still have a few more months to see.

I know what you mean about friends who are down to do stuff with you- those who have similar interests and stuff. It's been really hard getting together with people in LA since I moved back home 6 years ago. It's just that LA is so big and everyone is all spread out so getting together, esp. now that we're getting older and less inclined to go out of our way, is harder. Just ask Duc. He's always down. :)

Hey Kat and Al. I'm really sorry how things fell apart at the end. Like I said before if we had any room at my buddy's cabin, I would have asked you guys to come stay with us. As it stands, there were people who invited people along without asking my buddy so it was way overcrowded. those people ended up needing to get a room of their own since it sucked that the original rsvps were living in cramped qrtrs. i'll definitely let you guys know ahead of time when my friend invites me up again.

I'm super sorry guys! Just let me know if you had to pay anything for the cancellation and I will give you some money. Mike feels so bad but he really wants to go with you guys next time. Feb for sure!

Hey Robin, I appreciated the fact that you at least would have paid for your spot regardless of going but luckily we got the place cancelled with a admin fee. We had a couple other people cancel out on us as well and then we lost a spot in Kimmie's condo so that really put the nail in the coffin for the week trip and that's what had me agro'ed. Anyways, it's Monday and I had a good relaxing and productive weekend with Kat so all is well. I hope you also had a good weekend. We'll go up a bunch in Feb/March k?
