Suggestions, hmm...

Chekov's "I can do zat!" which admittedly is less funny out of context, but still.

"You eat, like, a bean, and you're done." (well, maybe that's just a personal favourite. Hee. Does Scotty's little buddy have a name?)

"Is the parking break on?"

"I may throw up on you."

And your cut text is another favourite, especially when coupled with Spock's response.

And many of Kirk's man-whore quotes which of course I can't remember exactly now. "You can handle me" and all those.

I also love the bean quote. Simon Pegg as Scotty is an amazing bit of win. And dammit, I don't know if his little buddy has a name, but if not, he needs one. He was too cute to be nameless!
