I should update a little

So.

I'm pregnant with twins. As of this week we have confirmed two things:
1) They are fraternal.
2) My cervix is crap.

So I'm on severely reduced activity, hoping to not end up on bedrest/hospitalized. We're at twenty weeks, and my doctors want me to get to 24 first, then go from there. It's a little scary, but I am always the optimist.
