Well, as most of you may know, my hometown is underwater. My mother, who lived there, has yet to call me. I must say, this does make me a little sick in my stomach, even when I try not to care. I'm hoping that she just lost my phone number or something, as she didn't have a cellphone. I also hope my cat is doing well, which is what she took when

I know that the situation is really bad out there but the media is making it look worse. Of course people are suffering out there but the chance of dying is still very small. If your mom and shelly are strong then you wouldn't have to worry too much and just hope she has a roof over her head for now.
