This journal is too full of random rubbish. And I'm sure there's a lot in here that I don't want the majority of people in my life to stumble upon unexpectedly. So aside from personal things which I may or may not include in this journal, my Korean experience/travel diary, or at least the electronic aspect of it, will be hosted at another site.

i have some friends from here that are going tobe teaching english in korea soon as well. i'm sure korea is a great big place, but just in case...where are you? so i can see if maybe by some strange happenstance you guys will end up anywhere near eachother...

I'm sorry it took so long to get back to this! I don't check my Livejournal stuff nearly often enough.

I'm in Gangseo-gu, which is one of the districts in Seoul - but off to the west and fairly far from the more central and more interesting districts. As an example, to get to Gangnam, in central Seoul, one of my friends who lives in an entirely different city (Suwon), must take the train for about 30 minutes. I, conversely, have to take the subway for close to 90.

Nobody I know or who my friends know are anywhere near me. But if perchance your friends are, let me know. That'd be interesting.
