It's my first attempt at Aiba or Ohno but I couldn't get this prompt out of my head. I assumed semi-AU meant Aiba was an idol but Ohno wasn't...

I really loved it! It has the warm feeling I imagined and the want to relax and be himself and not the famous guy I wanted for Aiba.
Also loved Ohno, so insightful. His interaction is perfect, calm, sweet but with a double reading that give you hope for something more but without push it too far too soon as it's his first encounter.
I would really be happy if you feel like writing something more ^_^

Oh! yeah, I meant that, Aiba as the idol we know and Ohno with his calm and sweet personality but not being the famous idol.

I read it again and I also love the flow of it. How you give it realism or "put it in space" (I really dont know how to say it in english, sorry) with the sudden halt, the sound of the bell, the click click of the needles (something that I like) and the steam of the tea. I also more than loved this sentence: The other man smelled of salt and wool and rice and warm green tea.
Also how Aiba talks about himself through the talk about the cats and how the other understands but dont alude to it directly, just offers him his place.
Thanks again for writing it, it can be short but it's full of images and flavour to me.
