I am not sure if this will really help, but if you are to do this, how about using the years of friendship they have which eventually makes Kei fall in love with Daiki. Something along that line? :)

I originally just wanted it to be pure of fluff (because DaiKei is too precious) but the angst just wrote itself and /tears I could've wrote something un-angsty too but that would mean using the translations of a locked community and IDK if permission is needed for that stuff ugh.

IT FELT TOO REAL I CANNOT MAKE DAIKI SUFFER /says the author who did XD and true, it might take some time to get permission, if its even allowed orz I already started...last night but just can't seem to find the right scenarios. When I came back this afternoon though the ideas came and this became the result :D
