The only thing I don't like in the last 2 layouts you did is that there's no space for the links in the sidebar. When you have a paid account, it's easy to add links in the nav bar but when you don't you have to customize it.
I like how clean your layouts are those days and I like the userpic is out of the entry too but I must confess I always erase the fading images when a layout is using this features.

Yeah, I felt like I have done so many sidebar layouts that I just wanted to change it up, but I can understand how not having the additional links can be a problem. And in those last 2 layouts, I was having a hard time making a sidebar look good anyway so thats part of why they didn't have a sidebar. And I'll keep that in mind about the fading images, a lot of people have told me that they don't like that, and I wish I would have known before then so I wouldn't keep putting it in my layouts.

Thank You!

oh yes it is hard to do. I like how "nowadays" makers add only the links in the same alignment than the nav bar. It helps to keep a clean layout.

Don't mention it. I know how useful concrit is.

I really like your layouts, and I've had a few in the past. My only complaint is that some of your layouts are really wonderful for journals, but when I read my friends list, they are hard to use. I use my flist pretty religiously and I won't keep a layout that doesn't function well for it.

this in particular, I LOVED. But the names of the communities and journals of my friends didn't show up and I just couldn't use it. I don't know enough about css to add them or even begin to figure it out. But that being said, I did love that layout a lot. I loved the hover sidebar (I always wanted a layout with one) and the alignment of the page.

Hope this helps :)
