[The Basics]
Approximately, how big (or small) would you want your group?: Somehow big, minimum of 5 members in the group.
What kind of image would you guys push as a group? (sexy, dorky, etc.): Kind of... cute and dorky, but not too dorky? (lol) and somehow, "fresh" and "simple", also "child-like". Not too sexy.
In general, what genre of music would you sing?: Cheerful songs, song to support others, inspiring songs, sad songs. Yeah.
What would you want your group to be known for?: Being a true band that has many talents and can close to each other.
How close do you want to be with your members?: Very close. We get to know each other. Support other members too~ I mean, when other members get their own solo project, the other members will support. It'll be such a great group, like a family. Happy family (lol). And oh, full with member-ai (lol).
What kind of costumes would you prefer?: Shiny (lol). Something bright and colorful. And simple but not too simple. Like with hoodies! (lol)
What area of entertainment would your group focus on? (variety shows, dramas, movies, etc.): Variety shows, dramas, radios, and pretty much general things.

Senpai or Kouhai?: Not really senpai but not kouhai either too (lol). In between.
Popular or Underdog?: Well, who doesn't want to be popular? So, if we can; be popular. As popular as we could be. But not that only popular in each respective members' school only (lol).
Sing or Dance?: Sing I think. The focus of a band is the singing, right?
Alike or Contrastive? (in terms of each members' personalities): We must have at least one personality that we share together, but overall, it's gotta be contrast. And it'll surely contrast. No one's really having the same personalities as others'.
Outgoing or Reserved?: Outgoiiing~ It'll have more fun! (lol)
Sexy or Cute?: Cute. But trying to be sexy sometimes is fine too (lol).
Cool or Dorky?: In between. Sometimes, we'll have to act cool while there are times we look like clowns (lol).

Questions to make you really think!
Pick one song that your group would sing at every concert no matter what and explain why: If this applies to all groups, it has to be the debut song indeed. Why? Because that's our first song; the first song that leads us to be working together under the same name. I'm sure that debut song has so many memories for each group. And, we can still remember our excitement when we were being put in a group and go debut from the song.
What kind of PVs would you want to shoot?: High-budget PVs (lol). In a more serious manner, I'd like a PV that "connects" to the song. Colorful, simple, and artistic; maybe that's it.
How would you act when one member is obviously more popular than the others?: Someone's popular when he's more hardworking and have good looks (lol) or talents, so why must we envy~? We should be happy that someone in our group is well-known! But then, the others have to try too, don't you think? Yeah (lol).
How would you react when your group starts to fall in record sales?: We'll be frustrated at first, it's a certainty. But don't be too busy with the frustration, get up and strike back! We can do it! Yeeeeeeaaaah~! ...and advertisements will help too (lol).
How would you react when your group starts to rise in record sales?: Feel grateful, happy, thankful, and proud; but we won't be too proud.
How would you perform together at concerts?: Show our togetherness, and show our best! Satisfy the fans, that's the most important thing!
One of your members got kicked out of JE, what would you do?: At first, shocked. But then we'll think "Well, this is for the best". But still, we want them to be back... so for the time being, we'll still support them as we can and maybe we'll try to keep in contact privately.
How would your concert meetings generally go?: Well, end up with just simple concerts (lol). For more creative, well... each year in different season, one concert. Go have some fun with lucky drawings and the like. And we've to perform the songs that hit. I'm such a money-whore yes (lol).
How would your group try to resolve internal conflicts?: Try to act mature, people! If we can't resolve a little thing like this, how could we reach the top?! Just try to reflect to ourselves and don't be selfish. Then all problems will be done.
