12. news on utaban is pretty flipping boring too. i dunno what it is with arashi+utaban that is just total win combo, but even if everyone else fails, i hope arashi keeps on being funny :)

It's pretty much Nakai vs Ohno which makes Arashi on Utaban so funny

I might even venture so far as to say that it's just Nakai, or perhaps the script writers that make Arashi on Utaban so funny.

Arashi are funny on Utaban because they let themselves get bullied, and Nakai returns the favor by making it a good show.

Kat-tun have more of a "don't mess with me" disposition, and Nakai goes along with that by tuning down on the teasing part, which makes the show less funny.

Tokio doesn't get interviewed on Utaban because the talk segment of the show is filmed on the same day as one of Tokio's regular programs.

The singing part is filmed on a different day, which is why Tokio still goes on Utaban regularly to perform their new singles.

No idea, I only know Utaban's talk segments are filmed on Tuesdays.

but with arashi, the utaban crew waits for them even if it takes them until midnight (which is lights-off in the network). this already happened several times. in the latest utaban, they waited until aiba has finished his butai.

they can't do this for tokio?!
