I was just complaining about this to misaseba on MSN LOL

On top of this, I don't think it's necessary to make a new request post for re-ups if the links from previous uploads have expired either; they should try to just comment to the original uploader asking if she would mind re-uploading it first

Yeah, I think anyone who uploads a file expects to get requests if the link expires.

In a way, I wonder if these people are just impatient or else want to share in some of the glory of uploading. ^^;

*looks in comm rules* This isn't a place to make new friends. Lj communities =/= your friends.

ROFL. j/k j/k sure. :D Although I do have to warn you- whereas my community posts go through a lot of filtering, aka- punching a wall, calming down, then writing it (Yes, the version you see is actually toned down... :O), my personal lj posts are usually written in the heat of the moment and very very mean (which is why they ended up in the journal instead of in a community).
