Imo this sounds really great! :D As a person who's never participated in an exchange i can say that i already know that this'll cause me a lot less stress than an exchange would. Also, prompts are fun.

But i also have a question! Will a person who's already writing for the exchange be able to do some other artwork for another person's fic? :3

It's weird, isn't it? Sometimes knowing that you're accountable for your own self is harder than being accountable for someone else's fic. But we'll be here for you every step of the way!

As for your question, yes absolutely! Of course, I will tell you to only take on as much as you know you are able to fulfill, but writers can also do art stuff for other people as well!

Reading again, can we really only submit one prompt? Or can we leave multiple prompts, but each has to be a separate comment to your mod post?

Just one prompt per user! I did originally think about compiling a giant list but ultimately thought it would be more of a challenge if there was an exact number of prompts for the exact number of people writing.

I guess, ultimately, I didn't want this to resemble something like a fic meme with tons of prompts and no one to write them. It's a pretty depressing sight.

I'd be lying if I said it was just for fandom, it was mostly me addressing my own personal drop-off in fic writing, also. But it seemed that what I was feeling seemed to crossover, also, so it was just a matter of thinking, "Well, what kind of thing would make me feel like writing again?"

I think that's what most people freaked out about the most for exchanges, so hopefully this takes that away and just makes writing enjoyable rather than a chore. See you when we start on the 1st!
