Ahh, screw waiting to comment (breaking all my personal rules~). Dearest anon-author friend person, this fic, this beautiful Animal Crossing fic, and also, dare I say, is that a hint of Cornetto?

Anyway, when I clicked on this, I most certainly was not expecting human remains to fall from the sky, and dude, how I feel Massu here, oh, how I do. Them people, mixing them bones up, bringing pain to people investigating said bones. Bone, man, bones. Anyway, great read, dearest anon-author friend person (apparently this is what I'm calling people in exchanges, now), super enjoyable and amusing to boot. Just, lovely.

Also, dying at Koichi at the end.

It was a pleasure writing for you! And I should say, I don't really know you (though we did meet once in AC for hammer time!) so the casting being what it is is partly because we have sneaky mutual friends and partly because some characters just cannot be any other Johnny. (I mean, what else could Nagase be!)

dear anon-san! This was so much fun! I loved seeing all the different characters and who was who in town. I loved how much of a fanboy ryo was for tsuyoshi and omg, massu getting him the ticket (and the line about the third date. SO CUTE). i loved seeing how Ryo did his investigation, and how this got Ryo to know all the people in town. And how he decided that he would try this mayor-thing out. :) There were so many moments in this that i found enjoyable that I can't list them all or else I'd just point out every single scene. lol This was just loads of fun!

Loved so much Ryo's hard life at that bew town and how come nobody doublechecked if he was the new mayor or not.
This eager Koyama that faints for everything, Shige at the coffee shop, loltastic Nagase and Massu!
It's curious how this pairing is getting more usual but still works.
And sneaky Koichi.
Also extra point for Tegoshi wearing dresses for fun.
