my favorite part of this is probably the recastings oh my god

sho the hanar made me laugh :')

aiba the salarian is so obviously perfect!!!! and yoko the shadow broker guy and jun. jun the asari. jun the asari who works with jack and fights with nino and wants to bone nagase. my life is so, so very good.

and then it got better with joshima the elcor there is no word for the sound i made anon it's perfect!!!!

on top of that this storyline is excellent--n5s getting promoted to n7, the red stripe meaning something in the universe!!, every single joke about shepard not dying and/or staying dead and my queen aria :') :') :') and then the ending!! i shrieked.

Well, I sat down and thought "If there's one person in the entire ME3 universe who's going to survive, it's going to be Conrad effing Verner." (Coincidentally, "CONRAD EFFING VERNER" was my exact reaction in ME3 when he showed up on the refugee level. It may also have involved me screaming "SERIOUSLY?! JESUS.") So obviously he was going to show up and be, well, himself.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I very much enjoyed playing around with aliens and recastings - and yes, Aiba the Salarian was the first one I came up with, followed closely by Jun the Asari (I knew that a Leader was going to be an Elcor, but I didn't know which one until I actually wrote the scenes, LOL). Thank you for your excellent prompt that led to this insanity. :D
