Claiming my spot! I'm a_m_a_t_u_s, I just re-made my journal recently, sooooo...

Let me just say that I love how everyone is friends with everyone in this and how natural all their interactions are. *___* And I love the comedy and the humour in this, especially as far as Mabo goes! A little Mabo comedy never hurt anyone and in fact is one of the best things in the entire world.

Properly in-depth review to follow! I wanna re-read this first, hehehe.

I FINALLY HAVE TIME TO COMMENT SO HERE I AM!!!!

I think the strongest thing about this piece is how you write each character as individuals even in the midst of this crack-y hilarious situation, so I'll describe what parts of them that I enjoy most per character! :D

1. Mabo -- I love that he's just this whiny moron. Like, he's a vampire but he's a whiny moron. He's fucking immortal and strong BUT HE'S STILL SCARED OF HEIGHTS AND HE HATES THE SUN and it's such a good set of details that keeps him so Mabo that I couldn't stop smiling. God, I love Mabo, even though I always say that I hate him. I really love him... and this fic just made me love even more because it's just like in real life--how he has so many cool points, but also so many dorky ones, and I'm happy that even given this supernatural advantage that Mabo is still so fucking stupid. And his dependency on Gussan! THAT'S SO GOOD ( ... )

5. Taichi -- I love that it's Taichi who gets obsessed because he's so freaking insane usually that it doesn't really seem like something he wouldn't do XD I can just imagine him hissing at them because he doesn't want to give Mabo's ring, even though it IS because he's under its spell. He's so silly and so wonderful and I love that he could still be tracked??? It's great how you got to tie in the ring with Leader, though, and that the reason Taichi stole it was because they wanted to make a gift for Mabo. ;___; It makes me think about how lately Leader's been depending on Taichi for things, and the fact that Taichi will just willingly take Mabo's ring for him makes me happy for some reason ;skf;sdg ( ... )
