“Ohh, how sweet~,” Arioka coos, and readily takes the all-black bunny from a staff member. It cuddles right into his arms.
The white bunny seems less than pleased with Hikaru, struggling to escape.
“Hey, watch it!” he says, as if the bunny understands. “You’ll fall!”
The bunny doesn’t seem to care, twisting and turning until-
“Ow! You little-” Hikaru curses, holding his wrist where the bunny had nipped him and not caring when it drops to the floor. It lands on its feet and scuttles away.
“Jerk!” Hikaru shouts after it, and the bunny almost seems to laugh.

Hikaru ends up with no bunny, although the brown one seems docile enough and they manage to get a few shots with Hikaru at least touching it before it squirms away.
“I guess it didn’t want to be pet,” he says, eyeing it when it runs to hide behind Yuto.
“They don’t trust you,” Takaki says, and Hikaru frowns. Takaki’s bunny is big and fluffy and grey and well-trained. It stares beadily up at him, not looking pleased, but not fighting to get away. Takaki smooths back some of the fur above one eye. “So fluffy!” He grins at Hikaru.

Yabu rescues Hikaru’s escapee, although to Hikaru’s satisfaction, the bunny doesn’t seem much happier with Yabu than it had with him. Yabu bends it almost into a ball, until it’s little legs are sticking out and it can’t squirm free.
That only lasts for a few shots before Yabu is sporting a sore finger. Next Yabu ends up with a scrawny, dark-furred rabbit. It doesn’t hop away when Yabu puts it down; it tilts its head and listens. When it taps it’s hind foot, two of the other bunnies come right over.
“Huh,” Yabu says, looking closely. “Is that normal?”

“This one is nice,” Yuto comments, holding up his brown bunny. It’s legs are hanging free, but it doesn’t seem bothered.
“It wasn’t nice for me,” Hikaru grumbles.
“It just doesn’t like to be pet,” Yuto points out. “It’s fine if you just hold it.” He dumps the rabbit back into Hikaru’s hands, and true enough, the bunny seems content to just sit there.
“Well, okay.” Hikaru feels slightly vindicated. “Hey, Takaki,” he says, and wanders over to give Takaki a face full of fur.
Takaki’s ball of grey puff perks up at the new arrival. “Aw, look, they’re friends.”

“Where did they come from, anyway?” Keito asks, staying well away from all the fur.
Chinen glances over. “They were next door. I think the props people got the rooms messed up.”
“You think...” Keito shakes his head. He wants to ask a whole lot more, but a knock on the door interrupts them.
“Excuse me,” Kitayama says, peering in. “Sorry to bother you,” he tells the staff more than the members. “Has anyone seen the rest of my group? I thought we were supposed to be in the next studio, but I’m a bit late and no one’s around.”
