I have this REALLY big problem. I don't care about hormones...

but I have a test on them on Monday. Catastrophe! (spelled it right the first time!!! unless that's wrong...)

I have to know all these different kinds of tumors...and it's like...they can be hyperechoic, hypoechoic, or isoechoic, they can be cystic or solid, they can be encapsulated or not, and can have regular or irregular borders.

so basically, that particular one could be...anything. *sigh* how am I supposed to remember that?

hope your hormones work themselves out.

yeah, it's like "hypogonadal hypogonadism can be caused by (15 things, half of which I've never heard of... like, ok I don't have a good ex). Hypergonadal hypogonadism can be caused by [list of 20 things, 15 of which I've never heard of, like Noonan syndrome (noonan may be my new fav name... I want to name something noonan) or vanishing testes syndrome].

You know, I want to find something vague and name it, but NOT name it after myself, so that way when it's explained to people who don't know me (like med students), instead of the normal, this was named after Ojeman who discovered this magical thing, it can be like "this was discovered by Jacqueline Trudeau who really liked the name Noonan." Cuz that would just freakin crack me up. I'd be like, YES! or like, "this was discovered by Jacqueline Trudeau who named it the Smootch Syndrome, not because it's related to kissing, but Dr. Trudeau Really liked the word smooch but not the spelling (hence the extra L)." hahaha, AWESOMENESS!!!!

my classmates and I talk about how, if you're gonna have a body part or a syndrome named after you, it should be a cool one. Like, if I had to pick, I wouldn't want a sphincter. I'm not sure what I'd want, but...a sphincter just kind of seems like the bottom of the barrel.

Also, vanishing testes syndrome sounds cool. I love the fact that you can have an autosplenectomy. it's like duuude. I just didn't want one, and it went away by itself. lol
