We had an adventure on Father's day. About 730am.. the wind picked up to the point that I sat straight up in bed. Lots of trees moving, the house creaking, and such. About 30 seconds later, Erika stormed into our bedroom... The rain was coming in horizontally into Erika's room. I went in to close her windows, looked out and this is what I found

Yeah... the NWS said about 70-75mph. It stormed over the lake and hit MI about 1 1/2 hour later at the same speed! whee!
