I can't count the time I have said "I don't know," in recent days. Just finished Vonnegut's Cat's Cradle, good book. I was at the river recently with some friends (none that have LJ) and we cruised around in the boat listening to the song "American Pie". We drove fast, and into a storm that was brewing. They all sang along with cheerful tunes

To answer the final question: Probably not knowing what to do is the appropriate reaction. It seems totally appropriate to me.

I am stuck in a rut, myself... I'm super busy working and doing football (and working for others, because like you, I can't say no to more hours because I rule too much, like you), and when school comes back along, I'm going to go insane. And to top it all off, Drake and Phil have finally started REALLY HONESTLY scheduling to film Deathsocks, and they don't want me to play Grant (the best friend) because I'll be too busy. I want to quit football, yet I feel like I need to finish it. Yet I feel like I need to be a part of Deathsocks, too. But I made my numero uno goal to be good grades... I don't know if that'll be possible doing ANY of the above.

Sorry, I overranted out of my place, and I didn't give any real advice at all. Keep Friday open, man. You, me, Brandy, and few others will get nice and tipsy down by the fire.
