Well at first I thought that maybe Casey was going to use her wealth and influence to help the boys adopt, but after reading some of the other comments I think maybe the baby should be an actual Winchester, so maybe she's going to volunteer to find them a surrogate or to have another baby with one of them? Can't wait to get to the rest of the story so I can find out.
