I got a query to ask > <

Does anyone know why picture doesn't seem to be smooth * i can't find the right adjective to use ^^* when picture is resize?

It make the picture looks ?? after resizing them <--Another blank adjective..

Any suggestions/advise to prevent or reduce it? Was it due to camera setting?
