The food adventures continue

I made Mushroom Barley Soup and Asparagus Mushroom Casserole yesterday.  The soup was just okay yesterday, but it's pretty good today.  I know some foods are like that, but I still find it weird.  When I made Tuna Casserole a couple of weeks ago I had the same experience.  It was just okay that night, but the leftovers I had for lunch the next day ( Read more... )

:D While it was cooking, Scott said, "What is that smell?" And I said, "It's my fungus I'm going to eat!" I looove mushrooms.

oh those sound so good. I love mushrooms and asparagus is my #2 fav vegetable! (spinach is #1)

Try the casserole! You'll love it. Asparagus is a veggie I just discovered in the last year. I've experimented a little - how do you make it? Broccoli is my #1. :D
