I made Mushroom Barley Soup and Asparagus Mushroom Casserole yesterday. The soup was just okay yesterday, but it's pretty good today. I know some foods are like that, but I still find it weird. When I made Tuna Casserole a couple of weeks ago I had the same experience. It was just okay that night, but the leftovers I had for lunch the next day
