So just how many people that I know who DON'T live in NYC are here (or near) this weekend??

Ny and Rachel and Eva were down there. I was not, because the party I had intended to go to was canceled due to radioactive cat.

smoagendash and I were in central NJ, but we avoided NYC like the plague, travelling Tues returning Saturday (last nite).

That would have made sense and clearly we are not allowed to make sense.

(In my case, it was because a monkey wrench got thrown into our plans at the last minute.)

Snert and I passed through NYC on our way to and from my mom's house, and are now on Peter Pan halfway between NYC and Boston. We didn't attempt carpooling because coordinating people is complicated and not one of my great talents, and because up until a few hours before leaving Boston, I thought Bear would be along too, and finding carpool space for three is trickier.
