I don't know how you do it, Jenna, I really don't. I just got the results back from my bird vet today - one of my lovebird hens has either a) an infection of her uterus, b) a uterine tumour, or c) an unlaid egg. They'd like to do surgery on her tomorrow, but I just don't know. It's a lot of money, she's quite a lot underweight, and she's pretty old.

I've already lost a fish this week, despite a trip to a nasty fish vet, multiple visits to the aquarium and two new tanks. I don't know if I can afford to do this, but I can't let go.
