Haha. I don't have a roof view, but I can see the bay when it's not foggy. My view is nothing like yours, absolutely beautiful. What kind of camera do you use? I'll post when i get my camera fixed.

I use lenses I find in trash cans outside of old photo studios in Iowa ghost towns. The camera? Just my iPhone.

Ewww, you can't be Jables Kent.

p.s. you've had that lj icon for years, but it just occurred to me: why is that panda so sad? ... Would it be happier if it were balancing on five rings?

Can't wait to see the new place! Looks lovely. Although, really, who moves from the new hipster mecca to the old hipster mecca? It's like TIME TRAVELING.

Of course the panda would be happier if it was balancing on five rings. Know why? Cuz the Olympics make everything awesome (unless you're a ridiculous hater).

475 Kent? When it gets NYTimes coverage, it's about the community banding together & being awesome, not lame dj parties happening in doghouse urinals (google it).

But, on the serious tip, there seems to be this mass exodus of McKibbs, & we're going to organize a yearbook & have a graduation ceremony in September!

And probably all get those heart necklaces that split down the middle & say things like BFF 4EVZ.

Oh, & I'm thinking: Jables 475.
Jables Kent is obviously a terrible name.
And yes, it was my first, and so far only concern with the place.

Or Jables Schaeffer. It's the big expensive NYTimes' Darling condo building across the street. Throw confusion in the mix.

Nice views, and great location!
I presume the Matzo grain is all cleaned up.
What's the living space like? How much room do you get?

Enjoy!

2000sqft living space. Long open space. Building 4 loft bedrooms, super small, to maximize to common area. Pics of the inside are up on Facebook!

Yeah, the matzo factory in the basement is gone, the padlocks are off the building, & most of the decade long tenants are back.

Come visit!
