This weekend we tried the next cake lady on the list, someone who works at the City of Plano who Ash found via an internal mailing list.

In contrast to the one we went to first, she really got the idea, and more importantly got into the idea. Of course, I think some of that with the first lady was really a language barrier type thing

A Zelda cake?! What an AMAZING idea! Who on earth thought of such a creative pastry?

Given my pastrific proposal, it may surprise you to learn that the idea was the product of my wonderfully creative and lovely fiancée! She saw the Mario cake and was so inspired. I came up with this pretty lame idea about a Tetris cake, but she definitely had the better idea.
