That's also the water fountain I got for ours - I just got the large reservoir (70 oz. I think) and I'm so glad we did - only have to fill it once a week when I clean it out.
I highly recommend the Stylette litter mats - we have virtually no litter tracked through our house because of them! :)
Make sure if you buy a kitty condo, it's got sisal rope on the posts - cats generally are more likely to use that for their claws than carpeted posts. We ordered our condos from http://www.stepsforpets.com
After reading a lot of positive recommendations online we chose Nutro foods as they are not bank-breaking, locally available, and seem to be pretty good for cats.
That place has some really good prices on the cat condos, though for now the U-Haul boxes are getting a lot of action.
Where do you have your litter boxes? We put them in the large bathroom on a utility rug from Target and haven't had any tracking problems, but it sure makes the bathroom stink.
