Murder, mystery, suspense! Top them with an endless supply of teen angst and you get Hidden Palms, a short-lived yet superbly written show that has a lot of heat and originality. Thanks to the storytelling genius behind this - Kevin Williamson (of Scream and Dawson's Creek fame and now runs the Vampire Diaries)  - the 8-episode drama is still as ( Read more... )

Believe me, as a Michael fan I feel very guilty because I have this show and haven't seen it yet.. I do want to watch it as soon as I have time but I'm always catching up with things airing these days and that's the problem. Still, I will try to see it and will tell you my opinion.. :)

You'd be very happy with the show once you start watching, since Michael is the main star (along with Taylor) so he's practically in every scene ;) As a fan, you will love every minute of it.

Both fans and critics actually thought his character was the most compelling, and you can definitely see him working it. This is Michael like you've never seen him before. Get ready for the 'temptation'. LOL

I know I'll like him A LOT <3.. I already wanted to watch it but now even more *g* I'll try to watch at least a part of it this weekend.. I have an exam of German this Tuesday and have forgotten lots of things so I really need to study but once I've done enough I'll find time to watch something.. I admit I don't feel like studying these days.. :(

Take your time, I wish you well with your German exam - you'll nail it :)

Yes his character pretty much drives the story, and if you already think he's hot, his performance on this show is beyond SMOKIN'. You get that "angel and devil" vibe, which is different from what you've seen. He also sports a cool hairstyle LOL

I would say this is his finest acting (along with "Smallville" & "Castle") x

I didn't know Kevin Williamson was also behind Hidden Springs and now TVD. :D I hope he'll tap MC to do a guesting. You asked me who will be Klaus? I don't know yet. :D I can't recall if Klaus was described in the e-book that I have. Fury was the last book right?

Raine, yes Kevin Williamson took a jump on "TVD" straight after "HP" :) He and MC are still in touch on Twitter, so I think it shouldn't be too hard to get MC onboard. Someone on Twitter suggested him as Klaus, but I can't see him in that role... I do agree he belongs on "TVD", so yes a guest star or better yet, a new recurring character would be cool :) He could be Damon's forgotten bestie from centuries ago who can join the whole gang to fight Klaus. LOL

You're right, I think that was the last book. Since the books & show are different, I'm not sure if the TV producers wanted Klaus to be the same as the books. But they said whoever gets the role should make Klaus look scary and can "out-Damon" Damon.

I see a lot of fans suggesting Gale Harold, Julian McMahon and even Alex O'Loughlin. LOL This should be interesting.

Someone who could "out-Damon" Damon - what a description.

Let's see I've finally come up with my list: Michael-Paul Gosselaar, Carsten Norgaard,Billy Zane, Luke Goss, Julian McMahon and AOL - if he'll be able to swing by in between filming Hawaii 5-0 why not!Or Brad Pitt. :D.

Lovin' your ideas! Especially M. Paul Gosselaar, Billy Zane, Julian & AOL! :D Some people also suggested Jason Dohring.

LOL Yes that's what they say in the description - someone who can really "out-Damon" Damon, so I take it they're looking for someone who look more fierce than Mr Somerhalder. x Which makes sense, since Klaus is the "original".
