It sounds like you had a fantastic time! That gentle reminder to come back to stillness in the moment is one of the greatest things you can do for yourself, I think. It's just a little reset button.
I know I haven't been around to express it, but I do think of you often! I'm pulling out the LJ. I love writing my thoughts, but sometimes, pen and paper just is not going to to work. So, back to the old blog it is. <3 I'm hoping to reconnect (for real) with you!

I hope to be around to see whatever you write! I keep trying to think to write more and then get distracted; I've been doing a lot more with pen and paper in my planner to track thoughts/mood, so I wonder if my LJ umph gets sidelined.
