I attended the "grand opening" of the museum in 1980. I was in Las Vegas in a tour of "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" and was asked to escort the actress who played Miss Mona. It was memorable, as I met Liberace (so much plastic surgery) and his then partner (remember the palimony suit?) and a pre-plastic surgery Joan Rivers at the gathering. Sad to hear this ...
