NOT home for thanksgiving!!!! that's so... wrong. *tear*. btw, it's exciting that you're in chicago. It contains some of my favorite places. and my mom grew up in a suburb of chicago - Hindsdale, on Boden street. when she was little there was a guy named Billy Bucky on her street, and they always used to say "Barbara Burns beats Billy Bucky burping on Boden street." - she was/is a champion burper. True story.
