2 DAYS UNTIL THE BOYS ARE BACK.

2 FUCKING DAYS.

(I love how everyone just says "the boys" and everyone else knows who it is...I can't even think of another pair/group of characters that "the boys" could mean. There are only ONE "the boys". HA!)

YAY! Hopefully I'll get to watch SPN live, Glee I might have to download later, tomorrow looks to be a long day, I don't know how pooped I'll be.

Yeah well I reckon I might go to my parents for dinner on Friday night... that way, Tomorrow I'm going over there before going to the movies, so I can download Glee then, and then Friday I can DL SPN :) and then I'll probably go around on the weekend too!

In my little corner of the world 'The Boys' could mean any pair of the following:

Jim and Blair (The Sentinel)

Starsky and Hutch (show by the same name)

Dean and Sam

Jack and Daniel

John and Rodney

It's all a matter of perspective.

I know or am a fan of all of those except Jim and Blair, The Sentinel is not a fandom known to me...but Starsky & Hutch and Jack & Daniel I'll say their names, John & Rodney I'll say McShep whether in the ship or platonic sense, Sam and Dean are the only "the boys" to me. :P

I totally got into The Sentinel via fic. I knew literally nothing about the show but was reading some Jack/Daniel on *someone's* site (can't remember who now) and they had a link to some Sentinel Fic. I was hooked. The show hasn't been on the air for something like 10 years now but every now and then Sci-Fi (I refuse to call it Sy-Fy) will run one of their all day marathons of it.

I generally just say their names too (for all) but if I'm writing something (on LJ) about them I'll refer to them a couple times by name but then I'll switch to 'the boys' or 'the guys'.

My Hubby get's all 'uppity' that I read 'penis-and-anus stories' (his words) I guess he thinks I should read more het...
