Stephanie and I are completely rearranging our living room, switching the TV to the other wall and putting the couch in the middle of the room instead of against a wall. We're hoping to make it feel more cozy. It already looks pretty good, even though the house is still a mess ( Read more... )

I think the lack of interest in IM is something that comes with age. I don't do it as frequently anymore and only when I'm really desperate for conversation without having to turn my mic on (in other words, my one friend that has Skype).

I've found Facebook is my preferred way of getting in touch with people for some reason. I don't know why, but since that is what the thing is built for it works fine for me.

I kind of wish I didn't have a knee-jerk negative reaction to Facebook. Before it was stuffed to the brim with spammy social games, I was more neutral toward it, but I never touch it now unless I'm mightily bored.

You can block and/or hide applications you don't want to see.

I like the quote. I agree it's been really hard to get a hold of you, but I understand why. It doesn't mean that I don't miss you, though. Hope your birthday is a good one and that I want to see you soon. Miss you and Stephanie.

Sorry, I meant I liked your comments on why a round trip ticket costs more, was trying to post to your journal and have a convo with a friend about a quote she'd sent me. I'm on now and will do mybest to be on more as much as I can. I was not home a lot this weekend which would have something to do with it. Grace and I would like to get together some weekend or some evening.
